CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
“WOMEN” Becoming All That You Can Be
OBJECTIVES:
To provide classes that will teach women skills in developing a more positive self-concept, self-confidence, self-worth and high self-esteem. To learn how to like, love and respect themselves more than anyone else, demanding the same from others unconditionally.
GOALS:
To develop more effective problem solving and coping skills, be able to enhance the quality of life and make better personal choices/decisions.
PROCEDURES:
These are (15) steps to “Becoming All That You Can Be”, and they are as follows:
Learn to like, love and respect yourself.
Develop a strong positive self concept.
Build good character and high self-esteem.
Develop effective coping skills.
Develop effective problem solving skills.
Be willing to enhance and validate yourself.
Accept life one day at a tie and live it to the fullest.
Make the best with what you have with our without a man in your life.
Never depend on others to do for you what you can do for yourself.
Develop and maintain a positive attitude.
Learn how to become best friends with yourself.
Learn how to be best friends with men without having sex.
Learn how to be assertive and communicate effectively.
Stop playing the role of “The Victim.”
Assess progress, apply it and maintain it.
Classes will include group and individual exercises.
